Once you receive and RMA number from us ;

To ensure your return is processed quickly and safely, please follow these steps:

  • Careful Packaging: Please pack the unit securely, using sturdy outer boxes and sufficient padding to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if available, or a similar high-quality alternative.
  • Packaging Photo: If possible, kindly take a clear photo of the packaged unit before shipping. This helps us verify proper packaging and supports any claims in the rare event of shipping damage.
  • Shipping Label: Attach the provided return label clearly to the outside of the package.
